When your account deletion request is processed, we delete account-related data associated with your MedCopilot account, where applicable, including:
MedCopilot stores health records locally on your device by default. This can include health and fitness information such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, sleep, weight, activity, meals, notes, lab results, and other records you enter.

If you created backups or exported files, you are responsible for deleting those files from wherever you stored them, such as your phone storage, computer, or cloud storage provider.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or compliance reasons. Where retention is required, we keep the minimum necessary information and only for as long as required.
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 days. In some cases, verification may be required before deletion can be completed.
