Welcome to MedCopilot. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Purpose of the App

MedCopilot is designed to help users record, organize, and review personal medical notes, lab results, health reminders, and related information for personal use.

2. No Medical Advice

    MedCopilot is not a doctor, healthcare provider, or medical device.

    Any information, AI suggestions, summaries, or insights provided through the app are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.
You are responsible for keeping your device and any exported files secure.
You are responsible for creating and managing backups if you choose to export or back up your data.
You may edit, export, or delete your data at any time using the app’s available features.

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of MedCopilot is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled, stored, and protected.

5. Subscription and Paid Features

Some features of MedCopilot may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing terms, and renewal details are presented in the app and through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedCopilot and its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MedCopilot. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app at any time, with or without notice. We may also restrict access if we believe the app is being misused or used in violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the app operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
